O R D E R

% 27.02.2020 1.

Judgment debtor is present in Court. He has handed over the keys of the suit property to the learned counsel for the decree holder thereby handing over the peaceful, vacant possession thereof.

Judgment debtor states that as regards the decree of cost for a sum of ₹2,93,000/- is concerned, he would pay the same in instalments as he is a pensioner and would pay a sum of ₹30,000/- every month on or before 7th of each month thereby making ten instalments out of which nine instalments will be of ₹30,000/- and the last instalment will be of ₹23,000/-. 3.

The decree holder will give the details of the bank account in which this amount as agreed will be remitted.

Judgment debtor has handed over an affidavit of undertaking in this regard which is taken on record.

Execution petition is consequently disposed of and the judgment debtor will be bound by the undertaking.
