REVIEW PET. 109/2019 Learned counsel for revisionist draws the attention of this Court to Paragraph No. 11 of judgment of 27th July, 2018 and submits that the income of deceased has been erroneously taken on the basis of minimum wages and it should have been considered in light of decision in HDFC Egro General Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Smt. Lalta Devi & Ors. 2015 SCC OnLine Del 6505.

This is an aspect which pertains to the merits of the case. Upon hearing, I find that no case for review of judgment of 27th July, 2018 is made out.
