The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for the directions to be issued to the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to decide the respondent's appeal being Regular Appeal No.54/2021 captioned Allahabad Bank v. M/s Slick Auto Accessories Private Limited & Another as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks.

We do not consider it apposite to issue any such direction or to control the board of the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. We, accordingly, dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application for early hearing before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
