On 5th August, 2025, the following order was passed: "File is placed before this Court vide order dated 28.07.2022 for completion of service.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Despite granting several opportunities in terms of orders dated 23.08.2022, 19.12.2022, 28.04.2023, 18.09.2023, 23.01.2024, 15.07.2024, 08.11.2024 and 21.02.2025 neither the steps have been taken for service of respondent nor application for substituted service has been filed. Hence, in view of the conduct as reflected from these orders sheets, matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court for passing the necessary directions.

In view of the above, matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.08.2025."
