The matter has been mutually settled between the parties. It is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.5,85,000/- over and above the award of the learned Tribunal. 2.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit Rs.5,85,000/- within four weeks from today before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) failing which it shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum. Out of the enhanced amount, 50% shall be released to the appellant and remaining 50% shall be released in terms of the award of the learned Tribunal. The DHCLSC shall release the amount in terms of the aforesaid directions subject to fulfilment of requisite formalities.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
