At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with a direction to the MCD to supply a copy of the Demolition order dated 23.02.2016 so as to enable the Petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Respondent to furnish a copy of the Demolition order within two working days from today.
