The parties were referred to mediation by an order dated 03.07.2019. Mediation proceedings have been successful, and a settlement agreement dated 04.02.2020 has been placed on record. 2.

The terms of settlement have been set out in paragraph 6 of the settlement agreement, which is signed by the constituted attorney of the petitioner and partner of respondent no.1, as well as by their counsel and by the learned mediator.

The arbitrator, whose award is challenged in these proceedings, has been impleaded as respondent no.2, but no relief has been sought against him.

Learned counsel for the parties pray for disposal of this petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.

Having regard to the material on record and the submissions of counsel for the parties, there is no impediment to grant of the request.
