The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (Section 528 of the BNSS) seeks the following prayers:- "(a) issue of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and his husband i.e. Petitioner no. 2 from respondents no. 3 to 9, they can attack on the petitioners at any time through beat constable of area and call the dcp i.e. respondent no. 1 before this court and take explanation what action has been taken on complaint dated 08.02.2025 given by the petitioner no. 2 and on 17.02.2025 given by the petitioner no. 1 and take necessary legal action against respondent no. 3 to 9 for molestation, manhandling and attacking by the respondent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that an FIR No.

142/2025 under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS has been registered at P.S. Govind Puri in the present case. It is further submitted that the Investigating Officer shall proceed in accordance with law with respect to investigation in the present FIR.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer to provide the number of the concerned beat constable to the petitioners. The same shall be provided by the learned Standing Counsel to learned counsel for the petitioners.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
