Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioners with the following prayer: "(a) Issue the directions to the SHO PS Jagatpuri for getting protection/security to the complainant &. his family from the accused & his aides."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a civil dispute between the parties was settled in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 18.10.2024 at Delhi Govt. Mediation and Conciliation Centre. However, thereafter the petitioners have been receiving threats from Sh. Sandeep Kapila, who has not been arrayed as respondent in the present petition. 4.
Learned ASC, on instructions, submits that the complaint received on behalf of petitioner No.1 is being enquired into and the outcome of the proceedings shall be communicated to the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Learned ASC further submits that phone numbers of HC Arun (Mobile No.8766302424) and HC Anand Pal (Mobile No.9899955485) have been shared with the petitioners, to obviate apprehensions, if any. 6.
Taking the statement of learned ASC for the State on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
