% 27.01.2020 This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the goods against which the petitioner claims to have filed ex-bond bill of entry details whereof are mentioned in Table I to VI of Paragraph 8 of the petition.
Looking into the nature of the allegations made in the petition, the respondents are directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation/application to them and decide the same in accordance with the law within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner.
It is further clarified that in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the order so passed by the respondents, it would always be open to the petitioner
to challenge the same in accordance with the law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
