This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No. 87/2022 registered at Police Station: Dwarka Sector 23, Dwarka District, New Delhi under Sections 328/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

During the course of the pendency of this petition, the prosecution has already filed a chargesheet; charges have been framed by the learned Trial Court and even prosecution evidence has started. The prosecutrix has also been examined.
