% 28.02.2020 CM APPL. 8028/2020 This matter was dismissed in default on 23.04.2019. The same was restored by this court vide order dated 17.09.2019. Again the petitioner did not appear on 11.02.2020 and no proof of payment of costs was filed. The matter was hence again dismissed in default. Now, again this application has been filed seeking restoration of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was held up in traffic jam on that date and could not appear when the matter was called. In the interest of justice, subject to payment of another cost of Rs.10,000/- the petition is restored to its original number. W.P.(C) 265/2016 List on 28.08.2020.
