Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. Status report and latest nominal roll be filed. Learned Standing Counsel for the State also points out that since the conviction is under the provisions of BSF Act also, if any parole will be granted to the petitioner, facts are required to be verified from BSF as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks to implead BSF as a party. Amended of parties be filed within a week. On the amended memo of parties being filed within a week impleading competent authority of the BSF, issue notice to the newly added respondent through the Standing Counsel for BSF returnable on 2nd April, 2019.
