seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.141/2024 under Sections 186/353/506/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi. 2.

The case of the prosecution as well as the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners have been spelt out in the order dated 13.03.2024. On the said date, the directions were also given not to take any coercive action against the petitioners, subject to their joining investigation as and when they are called upon by the IO concerned. 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined investigation on two occasions, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court. The learned APP further submits that no further investigation is required to be done from the present petitioners. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioners' arrest they be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each and surety bond in the like amounts to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
