Counsel for the respondent has paid an amount of Rs.30,000/- in cash to the appellant being the security deposit amount lying with the respondentplaintiff. Appellant-defendant has handed over the keys of the suit premises to the counsel for the respondent/plaintiff.

Accordingly, nothing further survives so far as merits of the RSA are concerned which will stand disposed of on account of possession being handed over by the appellant/defendant to the respondent/plaintiff. RSA 11/2016

Whatever amount is lying deposited in this Court on behalf of the appellant, be paid to the respondent alongwith accrued interest thereon if any, by the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
