% 06.02.2018 By the order, impugned in this petition, opportunity of petitioner to file written statement has been closed. Undoubtedly, sufficient opportunities were given to the petitioners to file the written statement but the same was not filed. However, in the interest of justice, one opportunity is granted to the petitioner to file written statement before the trial court, subject to however, costs of `20,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.2 before the trial court on the next date of hearing. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
