Learned counsel for petitioner submits that application has become infructuous since petitioner has been admitted to bail vide order dated 27.09.2024 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl) No. 11905/2024, as under :

"3. The appellant has been arrested in connection with offence punishable under 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (for short, 'PMLA'). The appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of approximately three years.

4. Considering the allegations against the appellant, the maximum sentence can be of seven years. The present age of the appellant is 67 years and is suffering from ailments as is clear from the fact that interim bail was granted earlier on medical grounds. Therefore, it is a fit case for enlarging the appellant on bail pending trial.

5. Accordingly, we direct that the appellant shall be produced before the Special Court within a maximum period of one week The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. from today. The Special Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions till the final disposal of the case. The State shall be heard on the terms and conditions. The pending bail application before the High Court will not survive."
