% 21.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of seven accused, six accused have already been extended benefit of bail. Allegations of recovery of 'ganja' are not against the petitioner. Recovery of 'ganja' was effected from co-accused Reena who has already been released on bail. Allegations against the petitioner are under sections 186/332/333/342/353/308/34 IPC. It is alleged that petitioner has been falsely implicated.

Learned APP has opposed grant of bail to the petitioner. It is contended that petitioner is involved in as many as 28 other cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all said cases are old cases.

Investigations are complete.

Charge sheet has been filed.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
