(I) (COMM) No. 213 of 2018 titled "Rattan Polychem Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Reliable Insupacks Pvt. Ltd."; and (b) give such other punishment to the Respondents/Contemnors as this. Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case; and (c) pass such other or further order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary to sub-serve the ends of justice." 3.
