The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following prayers:- <i. Pass an Order setting-aside the Order dated 22.10.2022 passed in CRC No. 18/2019 arising out of ECIR/RSZO/01/2015 dated 30.01.2015, titled 'Directorate of Enforcement v. M/s DOMCO Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. pending in the Court of the Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act) (CBI), Coal Block Cases-01, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi qua the Petitioner; and/or ii. Pass an Order quashing the Complaint dated 13.12.2018 and Supplementary Complaint dated 29.01.2021 filed by the Respondent qua the Petitioner in ECIR/RSZO/01/2015 dated 30.0l.2015pending in the Court of the Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act) (CBI), Coal Block Cases-0 I, Rouse A venue District Court, New Delhiand the proceedings emanating therefrom in relation to the Petitioner; and/or iii. It is pointed out that petitioner has since been discharged vide order dated 25.01.2025 passed by the learned Special Court. 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the same has become infructuous.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
