% 27.01.2020 Crl.M.A. No. 1772/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. No. 427/2020 The petitioner vide the present petition seeks quashing of FIR No.370/2019 PS Alipur registered under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the matter is still under investigation qua the petitioner. The petition is thus apparently pre-mature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file it after completion of the investigation, if required.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed.
