The petitioner-wife is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent-husband for wilful disobedience and breach of directions passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent-husband despite sending advance notice.

Shorn of unnecessary details, upon an application moved by the petitioner in the guardianship proceedings pending before the learned Family Court, she has been granted visitation rights to the effect that the respondent-husband is enjoined upon to bring her children to the Family Court, Saket, New Delhi, on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

petitioner-wife, the respondent-husband has been deliberately flouting each and every direction passed.

Although, this Court understands the pain and anguish of the petitioner mother, since the learned Family Court has ample powers to execute its own orders in terms of the Family Courts Act, 1984 and is competent to initiate appropriate coercive action against the respondent-husband, the remedy lies before the concerned Family Court for redressal of her grievances.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Principal Judge or Additional Judge, Family Courts and seek the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
