% 27.01.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent/State to register an FIR on his complaint dated 29th June, 2017 and to provide protection from Ashok Kumar, Deepak Aggarwal and their associates.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy before the Civil Court.

The petition and application stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
