% 27.01.2020 This transfer petition has been registered pursuant to the order dated 23.12.2019 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket, New Delhi in Suit bearing No.CS DJ/209293/2016 titled Umed Singh vs. BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. & Anr. By the said order, the District Judge has opined that the Suit is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of that Court and the matter be placed before this Court for appropriate directions. The order further records that the address of the defendant no.1 in the Suit is of Nehru Place, which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. In view of the above, the abovementioned Suit is transferred to be listed on 20th February, 2020 before the Court of the learned District Judge (South-East), Saket Court, who may transfer the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction.
