BAIL APPLN. 333/2019 Transit bail in FIR No.433/2018, under Sections 366/376/506 of IPC registered at police station Belipar, Uttar Pradesh is sought by petitioner.

A bare perusal of the FIR of case reveals that the petitioner is resident of Chandigarh and alleged incident had taken place there. Therefore, petitioner ought to approach the High Court at Chandigarh for transit bail. This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
