BAIL APPLN. 334/2019 Transit bail in FIR No.433/2018, under Sections 366/376/506 of IPC registered at police station Belipar, Uttar Pradesh is sought by petitioner.

The counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has no role to play in this incident as petitioner is a housewife who is residing with her husband in Delhi.

On perusal of FIR of this case, transit bail for ten days is granted to petitioner who has a legal right to approach the court of competent jurisdiction. During the period of ten days from today, if petitioner is to be arrested, then she be released on transit bail for a

period of ten days, subject to her furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
