% 07.02.2019 A role has been attributed to the petitioner mentioned by his nick name in the allegations set out in the FIR which, prima facie, make out offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, the incident having occurred on 11.05.2018 in FIR no. 407/2018 under Sections 341/323/308/34 IPC of police station Aman Vihar. The petitioner has been elusive and non-cooperative with the investigation ever since. On this account, the police had to take recourse to non-bailable warrant which was issued by the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate against the petitioner. The petitioner has remained unavailable and absconding and this has led to proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. being issued which has since been published.

In these circumstances, it is hardly a case for anticipatory bail to be granted. The petition is dismissed.
