% 18.03.2026 By way of this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 109/2018 dated 16.05.2018, registered with the Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi, under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. After some arguments, Mr. Ashim Vachher, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the competent Court for compounding of the offences.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
