% 21.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking quashing of the present FIR being FIR No. 87/2016 registered under Section 420 IPC at police station Vasant Kunj on the complaint of respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is present in person. Her presence has been identified by the investigating officer. The parties have settled their dispute. This was pursuant to their referral to the mediation centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi. A total sum of Rs. 8,50,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to respondent No. 2. This amount stands admitted. Parties, accordingly, pray that since they have settled their disputes and there is no dispute pending inter se the parties, the present FIR be quashed. This is a fit case where the prayer made in the petition be allowed. Accordingly, to secure the ends of justice, the present FIR
