CM APPL. 6797/2020 It is submitted by ld. counsel for the Petitioner that the certified copy of the suit record is to be issued by the Trial Court, and only upon filing certified copies of the order dated 27th January, 2020 would the certified copy and the plaint be returned. It is submitted that there is some delay in issuance of the certified copies.

Without going into the specific dates, as to whether the Petitioner had applied for certified copies in time, since the certified copies have been applied for and are likely to be issued, the interim order is extended till 5th March, 2020 in order to enable the Petitioner to present the plaint before the competent court. Application is disposed of. The trial court is directed to issue the certified copies without delay and in any case before 25th February

2020.
