The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month. 4.

The petitioner states that he had applied for parole in the month of July, 2019, however, has not received any communication in that regard. He states that he has to make arrangements for his daughter's engagement and requires to be released on parole.

In view of the above, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and in any case

within a period of two weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 7.
