The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In the light of the above said fact and circumstances, it is therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to :- a) allow the present petition, in the interest of justice; b) set aside the Judgment dated 20J22023 Passed By Ms. Gurmohini Kaur Ld., A.S.J-05, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi Passed In C.R. No.24112023 Titled As "Vijay pant Vs State And Anr" c) set aside the order dated 04.03.2023 passed by Ms. Swayam Sidha Tripathi Ld., MM-05 Dwarka Courts At New Delhi, where the charges were framed against the petitioner IJ/S 4984 and 406 IPC. d) Discharge the Petitioner from the charged framed against him vide order dated 04.03.2023 passed by Ms. Swayarn Sidha Tripathi Ld., MM05 Dwarka Courts At New Delhi.

e) Any other or further order/ relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondent." After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner and contentions raised herein, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.
