Quashing of FIR No. 802/2014 u/s 420 IPC, P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi is sought on merits. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in this case, the charge has been framed. 2.

Since petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy to assail the order on charge by urging the pleas taken herein, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings arising out of FIR in question. 3.

This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to assail the order on charge.
