WP(C) 1011/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for release of an amount of Rs.7,86,533/- along with interest. Admittedly, the petitioner is claiming the above amount pursuant to the Sanction Letter dated 23.09.2008 issued by the respondent no.3, which is the Bihar State Social Welfare Board. The address of petitioner's centre is also in Bihar. The payments were to be released by the respondent no.3, which is situated in Bihar. There is no cause of action which has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The petition is dismissed on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction.
