% 23.01.2018 Vide order of 13th November, 2017 (Annexure P-18), a Division Bench of this Court has permitted petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings to claim promotion to E 3 Grade. This petition has been filed to seek promotion without making a Representation to respondentNTPC. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of with permission to petitioner to make a concise Representation to Chief General Manager, NTPC, Badarpur Thermal Power Station, New Delhi, seeking promotion to E-3 Grade, within a period of four weeks. If such a Representation is received by respondent-NTPC, it be considered and decided within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order. The fate of Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so W.P.(C) 666/2018

that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
