None appears for the respondents despite service of advance notice. 3.

The petitioner (DDA) has filed the present petition impugning the order dated 27.11.2018 (Minutes of the hearing dated 27.11.2018) passed by respondent no.1 (NCSC) to the extent that it directs the Vice Chairman of the petitioner to be present at a hearing on 12.02.2019. 4.

Mr Bansal, learned senior counsel appearing for the DDA submits that all information, as required by NCSC, shall be provided by the DDA and the impugned notice does not indicate any specific reason for

summoning the Vice Chairman of DDA.

In view of the averments made in the present petition, the direction of NCSC to the Vice-Chairman of the DDA to be personally present at the hearing scheduled on 12.02.2019, is stayed. It is further directed that the Vice-Chairman of the DDA shall ensure that all information as sought for by NCSC, as listed in paragraph 5 of the Minutes of the hearing dated 27.11.2018, shall be furnished.

The Commissioner (Land Disposal) or Director (Land Disposal) DDA, whoever is fully conversant with the relevant facts, shall also be present at the hearing scheduled on 12.02.2019 for assistance of the NCSC.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is disposed of.
