CRL.M.C. 380/2024 has been preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') by petitioner (Devender Singh Patni) for setting aside order dated 10.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 607/2023and summoning order dated 04.09.2023 passed by learned MM-04, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in CR. Case No. 1910/2023.

CRL.M.C. 1766/2024 has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred by petitioners (Aman Chopra, Gopal Prasad, Shweta Mishra, Himanshu Ranjan Mishra) for setting aside order dated 10.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 655/2023and summoning order dated 04.09.2023 passed by learned MM-04, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in CR. Case No. 1910/2023.

Learned counsels for petitioners submits that disputes have been amicably settled between the parties in terms of Settlement Deed dated 05.08.2024. They further submit that original copy of Settlement Deed is filed in other connected petitions between the parties and a photocopy of the same has been submitted on record.

Learned counsels for petitioners and respective respondents pray that in view of amicable settlement of disputes between the parties, the impugned orders passed by learned Trial Courts be quashed. 5.
Learned counsels for petitioners also submits that in view of settlement, application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. preferred by Sh. Sagar Suri, Advocate may also be treated as withdrawn / quashed. Learned APP for the State submits that in view of amicable settlement between the parties, she has no objection in case the impugned orders passed by concerned Courts is set aside / quashed.

Considering the totality of facts and circumstances and in view of amicable settlement between the parties, impugned order dated 10.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 607/2023 and summoning order dated 04.09.2023 passed by learned MM-04, South East, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in CR. Case No. 1910/2023 are set aside. Also, the applications filed by Sh. Sagar Suri, Advocate under Section 340 Cr.P.C. are treated as withdrawn.
Petition are accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
