Learned counsel for the Appellants, on instructions of the Appellants, submits that they do not want to pursue the present appeal as they have been released on probation and their probation period is already over. It is prayed that the appeal be disposed of as withdrawn.

A perusal of the record shows that vide the impugned Judgment dated 19th July, 2004, the appellants were convicted under Sections 341/324/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and vide the Impugned Order-on-Sentence dated 27th July, 2004, all the appellants were released on probation of good conduct for a period of one (01) year.
