Respondent no. 3 is also present in person. One Sh. Sudheer, son of Sh. Hirdya Narayan, is also present in person. Though, he is not arrayed as respondent in this case, he states that he is one of the uncle (chacha) of petitioner no. 1. Respondent no. 3 and Sh. Sudheer submit that since petitioners have married, they have no objection to their marriage and the petitioners can lead their married life happily. They submit that they have never threatened the petitioners with dire consequences. Be that as it may, since respondent no. 3 and Sh. Sudheer (uncle of petitioner no. 1) have stated that they have no objection to

the marriage, no threat from them survives.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
