The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC by the respondent no.3 seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 22.02.2025.

respondent no.3/IFCI Limited was directed to release converted shares to the respective petitioners within a period of 06 weeks time. 3.

He submits that six weeks period time is over and the respondent no.3 is still in the process of complying with the said direction. 4.

He further contends that the respondent no.3/applicant is making endeavour to comply with the directions expeditiously and in any case, the same shall be complied with in the maximum period of two months. 5.

In view of the above, let respondent no.3/applicant comply with the directions as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months as undertaken.
