Mr. Mayank Manish, who, appears on behalf of the petitioner says that the issue raised in the captioned writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 22.01.2020 passed in W.P. (C) No. 10930/2019, titled Smt. Amrit Kunwar Mahavidhyalaya Vs National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

Ms. Dwivedi, who, appears on behalf of the respondent does not dispute this position.

The substantive prayers made in the petition are as follows:- "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions for processing the application of the Petitioner institution seeking recognition for the ITEP course;

b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions for NCTE accept the processing fee or any other details as desired;" 4.

Having regard to the fact that the issue raised in the captioned petition is pari materia with the issue which arose in the Smt. Amrit Kunwar Mahavidhyalaya's case, the prayers made in the petition are allowed.

The directions contained in Smt.

Amrit Kunwar Mahavidhyalaya's case will apply mutatis mutandis in this case as well.
