Counsel for Petitioner, at the outset, without addressing arguments, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court raising grounds which were not raised earlier, including the lack of supply of grounds of arrest.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

If and when the Petitioner applies for bail, the Trail Court shall consider the same, on its own merits in accordance with law. 4.
