% 05.06.2018 In terms of proceedings dated 04.06.2018, the nominal roll has been received from the Superintendent Jail, Central Jail No.2, Tihar, New Delhi which has been submitted on behalf of the State indicating that this is the copy served upon the learned Standing Counsel for the State with the original address of the Registrar General of this Court which indicates that the appellant in this case after completion of the substantive sentence of Rigorous Imprisonment of a period of four years and also on having deposited the fine of Rs.1000/- on 21.05.2006, has already been released from Jail on 21.05.2006. Nothing more thus survives in the instant appeal, which is thus disposed of accordingly.
