The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking the following prayer:

"a. To setup a Special Investigation Team (SIT) with adequate number of Police and professionals to solve the FIR No. 0527, Dated 07.12.2019 and FIR No. 044013/19, Dated 16.12.2019. b. To provide immediate Police Protection/Securities to the Petitioner and his family members in their lives, body and property from the Anti-Social elements, criminals, etc. c. The respondent No. 2 be directed to hand over the FIR No. 023352, Dated 25.07.2017, Crime Branch, P.S. Prashant Vihar, FIR NO. 007402, Dated 01.03.2019, P.S. Prashant Vihar to anti- Auto Theft squad for re-investigation of the said case with direction to recover the stolen property."
