% 05.06.2018 In terms of proceedings dated 04.06.2018, the nominal roll has been received from the Superintendent Jail, Central Jail No.4, Tihar, New Delhi indicating that qua the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 in relation to the FIR No.712/1997, PS Kashmere Gate qua which the appellant, vide order on sentence dated 31.08.2004 of the then learned ASJ, Tis Hazari Courts had been sentenced to a period of seven years of Rigorous Imprisonment and a fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of the said fine, to a period of three months of Simple Imprisonment, has already been transferred to the Aligarh Jail on 23.04.2007 after completion of the substantive sentence and further 'in default sentence' also with the nominal roll dated 05.06.2018 indicating that there were proceedings pending in relation to FIR No.259/1999, under Sections 2 & 3 of the Gangster Act, PS Banda, Aligarh, U.P.
