BAIL APPLN. 872/2025
1. This is a petition seeking extension of interim bail for a period of three months in FIR No.244/2020, PS Kamla Market, under Sections 147/149/302/34 of IPC as the surgery of wife of the petitioner is scheduled on 05.03.2025.
2. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 14.02.2025 for 15 days on account of the medical conditions of his wife and the said order also indicated that the spine surgery of the wife of the petitioner should be done within the said period.

3. As per the documents annexed with the present petition, the surgery is scheduled on 05.03.2025 and the wife is to be admitted to 04.03.2025.
4. For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide Order dated 14.02.2025 is extended by a period of four weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as contained in the Order dated 14.02.2025.
5. In case, any of the documents annexed with the petition on verification transpired to be incorrect, false, misleading, the respondent is at liberty to file an application seeking review/ modification/cancellation of the order passed today.
