% 28.01.2020 CM APPL No.3366/2020 This application is moved by appellant for withdrawal of appeal against the respondents No.3 & 4 qua the relief with regard to shop bearing No.2588, Raj Guru Road, Chuna Mandi, Pahar Ganj, Delhi though the appeal shall continue against respondents No.1 & 2. The learned counsel for the respondents No.3 & 4 has handed over a Pay Order bearing No.326579 dated 18.12.2019 for a sum of Rs.3.00 Lacs in favour of appellant drawn on Central Bank of India, Chuna Mandi, Pahar Ganj, Delhi in lieu of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The original draft has been accepted by the learned counsel for the appellant.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn against respondents No.3 & 4. The amended memo of parties be filed by appellants within a

week from today.
