The present proceedings emanate from FIR No. 305/2023 under Sections 186/353/323/489B/489C/489D/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at P.S. Special Cell. The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court through order 5th March, 2025 on account of the fracture sustained by the Applicant on his left shoulder.

Counsel for Applicant states that the recommended surgery has not been performed and the same is now scheduled for 2nd April, 2025. The medical report in support has been annexed with the application. 3.

period of 2 weeks from today. The Applicant is directed to surrender immediately after the expiry of the term.
