% 27.02.2019 In pursuance of order dated 02.02.2019, registry was directed to give report in respect to transfer the matter to the district court as well as to re-number the suit as commercial matter. In view of the above, the suit has been re-numbered as CS (COMM) 69/2019 and registry has given report to send the case file to the district court.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, now the suit stands transferred to the District Judge, Central Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge, Central Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 29.03.2019 at 2 PM for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge, Central Tis Hazari Court, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
