Through the present application, the Applicant seeks regular bail in proceedings emanating from FIR bearing no. 484/2024 under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The Complainant has alleged that the Applicant fraudulently created fake airline ticket bookings and cheated him. The airline tickets are still being verified by the prosecution. 2.

After making some submissions, Mr. Murari Tiwari, counsel for Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application upon completion of the verification of the airline tickets by the Prosecution.
